Through the use of a variety of learning methods, the workshop will help inform clinical professionals about the risk factors for becoming a human trafficking victim, signs that someone is a victim of human trafficking, the impact that physical, emotional and sexual abuse has on the victims' mental health, and will highlight some of the clinical interventions and resources available for professionals who find themselves working with these victims.
